IP Paralegal
We presently have an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join our market-leading International IP Practice as an IP Paralegal. The successful candidate will be working with our highly talented teams for many famous brands all over the world.

SCOPE OF THE WORK
• Preparing applications and requests for submission to the IP Office and other State authorities
• Assisting IP lawyers in researching and preparing evidence and arguments for legal advice, IP prosecution, appeal, opposition, cancellation, etc.
• Assisting IP lawyers in cross-border IP mattes in more than 100 different countries
• Translating IP documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
• Drafting correspondence for reporting and liaising with clients and associates around the world, identifying key case developments, events and deadlines
• Following up on reminders and deadlines to ensure the necessary actions are taken by responsible staff
• Docketing, recording all information of IP matters to ensure the correct generation of due dates, reminders and data presentation
• Working with our document filing system and internal database system to ensure the accessibility of documents to our team
• Filing and managing original IP documents received from or sent to clients and authorities
• Other IP administrative matters as instructed by IP lawyers

• Native Vietnamese language skills
• Business-level English language skills
• Educated to degree level (ideally law)
• Excellent attention to details
• Have a genuine interest in IP
• Team player and flexible attitude
• Good understanding of IP practice
• Good computer skills
