IP Legal Assistant (Ic- IP/AS)

Vacancy:
To serve the firm’s growth in Ho Chi Minh city, we are seeking the best lawyers to develop their careers with us in our HCM city office. Details of the offer are as follows.

- Carry out professional jobs: research, consult and conduct legal procedures for protection of intellectual property objects;
- Prepare legal advice and act as authorized representative for clients in resolving disputes and dealing with violations of IP rights, and unfair competition;
- Consult, draft contracts and conduct registration procedures of transfer of intellectual property rights, technology transfer contracts, franchising contracts;
- Provide legal advice on issues related to domain name registration and information technology law;
- Do other legal works related to intellectual property rights; and
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Hold a Bachelor of University of Law
• Fluently in English (both spoken and written)
• Expert in using office software’s such as MS Word, Excel, Internet Outlook Express
• Be able to analyse critically and logically
• Be able to work independently
• Have presentation and consulting skills
• Have two year working experiences for either local or foreign law firm
• Being dynamic, creative and responsible
