Mô tả công việc
- Analyze, system architecture, implement, and testing the software system following the instruction of Senior Team Leader/Manager
- Read and understand exactly customer requirement
- Review and approve all artifacts of project when required
- Report project status and problem accurately and timely to Senior Team Leader
- Provide the solution for solving problem
- Substitute for Senior Team Leader to communicate with customer
- Estimate, plan, motivate and lead the team
- Coach and train team members in all aspects of operation: professional/ technical works, working processes, company’s rules and regulations
- Review performances for individual team members and whole the team, give suggestion for improvement
- Take part in recruitment interview upon request

EDUCATION
- Graduated from College/ University specialized in Information Technology, or equivalent emphasis
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES
* Basic Qualifications
- 5 years previous building complex applications for iOS, including 2 years previous with any related management roles.
- Experience with code bases, including API design techniques
- Able to understand the requirement and design/architecture of the solution
- Project management and Team management skill
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Proficient in English
* Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese skill is a plus
