Invoice Issue Executive - Nhân Viên Xuất Hóa Đơn

1. Issue Invoice
 Calculate all fee and Issue invoice for outbound and inbound
 Issue invoice pay by cash
 Issue invoice pay by transfer
 Issue invoice for DEM- DET (Calculate and issue invoice that collect money and extend D/O for customer)
2. Make receipt's temporary: Making the receipt voucher & report
3. Make receipt:
 Make receipt on GAUS with paid by cash and transfer
 Checking receive money from bank of customer and issue invoice included receipt
4. Refund Process: Checking and issued payment voucher if cancel invoice or over payment of customer
5. Make shipper code: Making shipper code to customer for issue invoice

- College/ University Degree. Majoring in Accounting.
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required).
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• 01 year experience in accountant position (prefer in accountant in container shipping industry).
• Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
• Good at language communication (both English & Vietnamese)
• Good at computer skill: using internal system (WINS, SMART) & other (MS Excel, MS Word)
