Mô tả công việc
• Receive Sales order from Sales admin and issue invoices to customers
• Support to slip invoice and prepare delivery document.
• Hand over selling invoice, delivery note to Logistic Department, follow up and take back on time.
• Keep track of delivery time and collect back selling invoice from driver team, outsource transportation.
• Arrange and storage invoice and Doc file at the end of month
• Monitoring inventory transactions
• Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
• Support AR accountant on debt reconciliations.
• Other tasks assigned by Finance manager.
