Mô tả công việc
Role purpose
This position is responsible for researching (macroeconomics and industries); portfolio monitoring and taking part in cash flow management, reporting and others assigned by Line Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Cash flow management: Back up for Supervisor by taking part in the following activities
• Manage cash flow from premium collection
• Follow-ups: Mature bond principal and coupon collection
• Follow-ups: Deposit repayment and/or interest collection
• Cooperate with Accounting Dept. to prepare cash flow for monthly expense and others including investment expenditure (EDA access fees and others)
• Calculate and forecast funds available for investment on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis
Research
• Data collection and update
• New Database building and management
• Periodical economic updated report (major economic indicators, money market and bond market) to assist the investment decision making process of Investment committee and BOM and for the purpose of management and analysis
• Review/ comment on Quarterly banking update (focus on banks list approved for deposit)
• Maintain awareness of trends and events impacting the investment portfolio
Portfolio Monitoring
• Yearly risk and performance assessment of approved bank list, including banks, finance company and/or MAP Life entrusted fund Management Company (in depth analysis)
• Quarterly update and assessment of approved bank list
• Propose to add or remove a bank or a finance company into/out of the approved bank list
• Propose to increase/decrease) transaction limit of a bank or a finance company or MAP Life entrusted fund management company
Others assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements: Good at time management, organization and planning skills
Relevant Working Experience: 1 year of working experience in related positions
Required Languages: Fluent English & Vietnamese
Personality Requirements
• Honest and detail oriented
• Quick adaptability and willing to learn
