Mô tả công việc
1. Investment related activities:
− Assist Manager(s) in investment activities:
• Prepare business plan, market researches and any other relevant.
• Participate in relevant networking events organised by the Company, associations, authorities and developers to facilitate the development of the Department.
• Prepare monthly update of real estate market, education related information
• Take site visit; collect project information and produce project report.
− Coordinate with relevant internal departments for the project preparation and implementation.
− Filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy
− Provide courteous and professional attitude, responding in an accurate and timely manner to all enquiries.
− Assist the Manager to prepare logistics, meeting documents, take minutes of meeting, translation;
2. Construction Project Management:
− Support Construction Project Management team as the project administrator/ coordinator on project basis in accordance with the assignment from Head of Division and/ or Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese nationality with University Degree
• Have at least 02-03 years of working experience
• Preferable to have experience in real estate, land acquisition or project management
• Good communication skill, well developed planning, organisational and problem solving skills
• Strong spoken and written command in English
