Investment Banking Manager

- The successor will supervise IB team to perform following tasks:
- Preparing financial models and investment memoranda;
- Drafting presentations, proposals, service contracts, and other pitching materials;
- Managing due diligence processes; and
- Undertaking other investment banking related works.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.

• Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a must
• BA or BS, and/ or MBA
• Brilliant and self-motivated
• Excellent presentation and Microsoft office skills
• More than 5 years working experience
• CFA and/or advisory experience from Big 4 is preferred
