Investment Banking Manager

* Job summary
Manage and conduct all investment banking activities, including mergers & acquisitions, IPO process, private placements, restructuring, privatisations, mezzanine and equity capital markets, reporting to a Corporate Finance manager.

* Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Responsible for detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions.
- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance.
- Manage all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing.
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Investment Banking.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and clients.
- Deal with clients and maintain client relationships.

- Graduate from top Vietnamese university or university abroad with major in Finance/Banking/Accounting/Auditing.
- Practical background in Securities/Finance/Banking.
- Must have Brokerage or Analyst or Fund Management certificate.
- ACCA/CFA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Banking (as relationship manager and/or credit manager) or related areas such as auditing or asset management, with ability to analyze, assets and understand financial data.
- Ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines and highly independent.
- High level of English proficiency.
