Mô tả công việc
· Researching market conditions and developments;
· Conducting investigations into the financial, operational and commercial states of a company subject to particular transactions;
· Carrying out financial modeling, then developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions to clients;
· Managing the implementation of an M&A process;
· Working with corporate finance colleagues to provide advice on capital structure;
· Providing instructions to other colleagues and professionals;
· Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferably in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting;
· MBA or CFA is a plus;
· At least 2-year experience in investment banks, commercial banks, audit firms, or other related fields;
· Proficient knowledge in strategic analysis frameworks and/ or financial modeling;
· Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
· Advance user of Excel, Word, and Power Point;
· Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
- Salary: Competitive (based on skills and experience).
