Investment Associate – Operator Selection Services

- Work together with the Investment & Advisory Team to provide both quantitative analysis (such as cashflows, and cost analysis), as well as qualitative analysis (such as market, SWOT, competitor, etc.). The focus would be on the real estate industry, particularly hotel operator selection services.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform market research and feasibility studies
 Prepare investment memorandums
 Provide advisory works to clients, including evaluating the suitability of different hotel operators for a specific project
 Review commercial terms of hotel management agreements
 Assist and facilitate communication with clients and hotel operators
 Assist with business development, including making presentations to clients, preparing service proposals, contracts, and managing client account
 Other tasks as assigned by Investment Director or Vice President

 English proficiency is required
 Strong analytical skills
 Knowledge of and prior experience with hotel operators and hospitality sector would be a strong plus
 Prior work experience in Real Estate is a plus
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
 Good presentation skills, thrives when working with a team
 Fast learner
 Flexible and able to work under pressure
