Investment Analyst

The Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing analytical support and assistance to the senior members of the team helping them in the management of their client work and to maintain good client relationships. From day one the Analyst will be involved in a number of investment sales transactions, as such the individual must show a skill set that demonstrates being able to work well under pressure, being able to prioritise assignments, a self starter and highly pragmatic in their approach to projects.
• Support the senior members of the team in a wide variety of roles from analytical analysis through to creating pitches, transaction support and execution
• Run financial models
• Work closely with counterparts/offices on cross-border inward and outward deals
• Build up a portfolio of their own clients
• Provide advice to clients on investment acquisitions and disposals across all real estate sectors
• Take on responsibility to maintain databases, track record schedules and all supporting documentation
• Draw on client referrals and follow other team client leads
• Ask questions, interact, and discuss day to day work of the team
• Provide assistance to team members wherever possible
• Develop and maintain active communication both within the team and other teams
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

• High-calibre individuals with a university degree and a background in Finance or Real Estate
