Mô tả công việc
Prepare Investment Memorandums.
Analyze and underwrite investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including preparation of cash flow models, sensitivity tables, property valuations, and joint venture structuring using Excel.
Analyze economic, legal, political and market conditions.
Update and maintain client, property and market data in company database.
Perform market inquiries and comparable analysis to assess investment opportunities.
Build relationships with internal/external leasing/sales brokers, property managers, and developers to obtain market knowledge.
Respond to client questions regarding properties and the overall commercial real estate market.
Support the transaction due diligence and closing processes.
Assist Department Head and Country Head on documentation work for investment projects, translation, administrative work on projects, and site inspections.

Relevant professional/education degree.
Fluent English & Vietnamese communication.
Proven track record and relevant working experience to the position and industry.
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
