Mô tả công việc
- Manage Dealer/Distributor's Order on a daily basis and respond to availability & inventory questions
- Process all incoming orders from dealers/distributor & internal request - EDI, web portal based or email
- Complete the daily inventory check to ensure order allocation accuracy
- Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
- Work closely with the shipping vendor & 3PL to ensure on time delivery of parts shipment
- Review the backorder status and take action on overdue backorder to ensure order completeness
- Provide the recommended stock list to new dealer/distributor
- Using EPC or parts catalogs books to check the correct part-numbers
- Handle the parts claim and respond to complaints from customers
- Update & inform new parts bulletin to dealer/distributors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: graduate from university from related major
- Knowledge of Distributor Management, Sales Model & Accounting Principle
- Skill:
+ Good literacy of MS Office - high skill on data analysis by using Ms.Excel
+ Familiar with MRP, ERP & WMS
+ Good English Communication in writing and verbal is a must
+ Presentation Skill
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
