Report directly to Head of Supply Chain, Inventory Manager will play a very important role in shaping the way Tiki Supply Chain grows, operates and optimizes to serve the end customer with world-class service level and cost.
Job Description
- Collect and organize information from various of source such as database, sale historic and customer feedback to define the status of inventory.
- Work with teams (Supply Chain Planning, Fulfilment Centers Operations, Finance and Accounting, Merchandising…) to:
. Build the process to control the inventory status systematically and physically
. Making decision on identifying and solving problems related to retail issues such OOS, Overstock and Ageing of stock, non/slow moving Items, Shrinkage, Damaged Good …
. Build the inventory policy to maintain service level and maximize capacity utilization.

Requirement
- Experience in Planning/ Inventory Management/ Accounting in Retail/ 3PL Industry
- Ready to build things up from the ground: team, report, system and process
- Have ability to work independently or work in team with high ownership & responsibility
- Can work under pressure
- Can communicate well with stakeholder from all levels and all areas. English is a must
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Experience in Planning/ Inventory Management/ Accounting in Retail/ 3PL Industry
- Ready to build things up from the ground: team, report, system and process
