To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are seeking for an experienced bright and hardworking individual to manage and be in full control of all our stock at all times.
- Position : Inventory Controller
- Division : VN Sales Support
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, HCM
- Working time: 7h00am – 4h00pm, Monday – Friday
This role will be in charge of monitoring inventory levels and provide the required reports as well as possible solutions to manage stock effectively.
- Data entry into dashboard and ongoing master data software;
- Manage allocation, product codes and bar codes;
- Monitor all inventory transactions;
- Responsible for identifying, resolving and finding root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors;
- Responsible for doing monthly/ quarterly stock level reports or any related reports to the management;
- Recommend changes that will eliminate or greatly reduce future inaccuracies;
- Handle others tasks assigned by Team leader/Manager;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have background in Business Administration/ Finance;
- Have at least 2 year experience at the same position;
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills;
- Be a great communicator in English;
- Be proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel (Table, formulas and pivot table…), Power point and Outlook;
- Be a detail- oriented person and strong team player;
- Ability to work under pressure and want to learn;
- Have a high standard of honesty, integrity and professionalism;
- Have at least 2 year experience at the same position;
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills;
- Be a great communicator in English;
- Be proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel (Table, formulas and pivot table…), Power point and Outlook;
- Be a detail- oriented person and strong team player;
