Mô tả công việc
Input import and export goods into system:
-Ensure and follow up the received goods (in and out) have been recorded the quantity and value on time and correctly into system (write off/ return/ adjustment/ samples)
-Review all of inventory transaction details to ensure the accuracy of the right accounting treatment, properly and promptly recorded in the accounting books.
-Take care slow-moving items and inform to prioritize use of the slow-moving
-Work with audit company/tax authority in area of responsibilities.
-Independently solve all of daily issues that related to inventories
-Update selling price into system from BOD approval
-Getting the hard copy of receipt/delivery note and voucher from warehouse
Reporting: (weekly and monthly)
-Prepare the stock take report and send to relative departments on the prescribed deadline
-Doing reports such as: stock to sales ratio, stock provision, PSI

-University graduated in Accounting/Finance/ Auditing
-From 2-3 years experience as inventory accountant is preferred
-Languages: can communicate/read/write Chinese or English
-Ability to work under time pressure and quick respond
-High integrity and acting with a high sense of responsibility for the job
-Good knowledge of computer (Misa, ERP, Quick book system, Excel, Pivot table …)
