Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical support to CEO regarding the day-to-day operational management of the company including business plan, high priorities table, PMDT of subsidiaries, BOD related works, company council…
- Coordinate, monitor, verify, and follow-through of project work/ instruction/ assignments/ documentation instructed by CEO to Company division’s
- Have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Interpreting in meetings, conferences, events.
- Interpreting English - Vietnamese for CEO and managers when requested.
- Translating required documents.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Undertaking other assigned tasks when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification:
- B.S in construction / architect / Language Major or equivalent.
- Qualifications of Finance/ Project Management/ Project Development in a plus.
- Proficient language skills in English.
2. Working Experience:
- At least 03 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Extensive experience in Interpretation and translation skills
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
3. Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance, strategic planning, and HR allocation.
- Extensive experience in Interpretation and translation skills, especially consecutive interpretation.
- Good knowledge and interpreting experience in the Real Estate domain.
- General understanding of project planning and project management.
- General knowledge of business administration (strategic planning; financial resources allocation, HR), leaderships and workflow, and human coordinator.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
