We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of now and the future. We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses, autonomous subways, signalling and digital mobility solutions. Joining us means joining a truly global community of 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.
Well established in Vietnam, Alstom has completed several projects both in mainline and in urban transport solutions successfully in the country. In January 2017, Alstom as leader of a consortium, signed a contract with Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB) to supply a metro system for Hanoi metro line 3. This is the first integrated metro system contract for Alstom in Vietnam.
The candidate will be part of the Supply-chain team and will have the following missions:
- Work on SAP with an international team.
- Collect, prepare and organize the support documents.
- Keep track of the timeline in supply chain team.
- Others following to actual conditions.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree.
Desired Knowledge / Experience
Graduated student or have about 1 year experienced in industrial supply chain related activities.
Behavioural Skills / Competencies
- Confidentiality and Ethical behaviour.
- Good at Microsoft office tools (xls, word, ppt, outlook)
- Efficiency and rigour.
- Organisation skills and good management of priorities
- Ease communication in teamwork
- Initiative and able to work autonomously.
- Resilience. Eager to learn
- Languages: Vietnamese, English.
