1. Manufacturing Engineering(Integration) Intern


Background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (2 months – Full time)
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern (Integration ME) will support the Integration Manufacturing Engineering team in day to day activities in sustaining the product KPI. This will consist of basic trouble shooting of issues, root cause analysis by utilizing data analysis tool
Building the data visualization system, which reflects product KPI.
Develop the automation method for daily/weekly product KPI report such as DPM, weekly report and SED.

2. Manufacturing Engineering (Fin) Intern
Background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (2 months – Full time)
Identify cycle time improvement opportunity for each Finishing area.
Propose solution or procedure to implement the improvement plan.
Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.

3. Waste Management Intern
Background: Bachelors, Master’s or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree with Environment related Major
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Vietnamese languages.
Solid understanding of waste management.
Proficient user of MS Office suite software (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
Proven safe handling and experience of industrial chemicals.
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (6 months – Full time)
Scrap module management, manage shipment glass to customer, coordinate scrap request of relevant stake holders.
Coordinate for waste reduction project like: reduce adhesive, liquid chemical.

4. Finance Intern
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree with Accounting/Finance major
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (4 - 6 months – Full time)
Costing (Inventory control, Internal audit compliance)
Assist on DMT 1 & 2 Cycle Count (Currently CC is on monthly basis)
Update on CC tags log on tags issued & tags collected back
Verified & Checking on CC tags and need to tie back against CC listing
Extract monthly inventory reports from System vs. General ledger
Accounting (Local regulations compliance)
Reimbursement and Invoice documents filing
Fixed asset labelling and counting
Finance (report simplification)
Data consolidation for monthly reports.

5. Manufacturing Intern
Background: Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics, Industrial Management related majors
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (6 months – Full time)
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to increase the productivity
Perform time studies, simulations, ergonomic evaluations, research on constantly evolving technologies and benchmarking to establish standard methods, tooling, fixtures, routers and, process plans
Implement identified improvement ideas on the shop floor
Present the findings, implementation and potential costs savings
Assist in continuous improvement projects

6. Quality & Reliability Intern
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree with Technical related Major
Experience on Data analysis with JMP/Minitab would be helpful.
Get used with data mining/programing is an advantage
Basic Internship Scope (Project): (3 months – Full time)
Support Q&R Engineers to improve quality & reliability data analysis activities.
Improve quality & reliability data analysis activities including: sorting, sampling, releasing samples, auto scripting of early detection of quality &reliability issue, data visualization for key metric monitoring

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree
