Intern (Memory R&D, Layout Design)

Synopsys Vietnam is looking for talented Semiconductor Engineer Interns for the summer of 2020 to join our industry-leading company.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Synopsys Internship program is designed to introduce college students to full-time roles and provide an immersive experience within the semiconductor industry. During this assignment, you will have a chance to utilize your theoretical knowledge while gaining a general understanding of Device Physics, Circuit theory, Digital/Analog circuit design, Digital/analog systems.
• Working knowledge or motivated to learn analytic tools.
• Ability to collate information with appropriate supporting data and present into a coherent report for communication and distribution
• During your internship, expect to learn about Synopsys culture, complete a department-specific project, and learn valuable insight from top Managers.
• Each project has impact and measurements for success. Interns will have an advisor for the duration of their summer internship to provide ongoing support along with valuable career planning. You will receive a final performance evaluation so you can set goals and chart your progress.

• Last year student of Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication/ Automation or relevant major 
• Cumulative GPA Minimum 3/4 or 7.0/10 
• A good command of English both verbal and written 
  
• Available for full time hours July 2020 - December 2020 (Monday - Friday; 8 or 9 am – 5 or 6 pm) 
  

• Have a tremendous opportunity to contribute and learn in a fast-paced semiconductor company. 
• Expected to have communication skills to work with Semiconductors engineers, including writing technical reports. 
  
• Be trained for fundamental knowledge of IP design and applications.

• Monthly salary: 5,000,000 VND & Meal allowance: 700,000 VND.
