1. Major Task
• Private School business development and operation for Nha Be, Long Binh and other cities in Vietnam
2. Major Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and execution of business plan including market survey, demand analysis, planning, schedule, feasibility study, etc.)
• Negotiating all kinds of agreements and contract related to school development and operation works with operational partner(s)
• Process licensing work (Investment approval, Establishment permit, and operation license, etc. from competent agencies)
• Monitoring and coordinating architectural design, licensing, architectural construction work
• Preparing and planning for the operation (consultation with partnering companies, cooperation on set-up of operation & management team, annual budget management)
• Development of succeeding other schools in the project sites

• Nationality : Vietnamese or foreign
• Experience : international school development and operation in Vietnam or other countries
• Education : Graduate school preferred (MBA, Real estate development, Finance, Education, etc.)
• Language : Vietnamese and English
• Others : Proactive, Passionate, Social, Diligent
• Experience : international school development and operation in Vietnam or other countries
