Mô tả công việc
1. Sustain operations to keep a customer happy and improve customer retention by working closely with relevant departments.
2. Develop relationships with potential customers/partners to sell products and services or seek business opportunities.
3. Constantly manage risks of sale process by monitoring the whole process, i.e. PO, production plan, delivery, stock, debt, liquidations, etc.
4. Cordinate with sales administrators to complete making quotations, sale contracts and other related documents.
5. Make periodical sales analysis reports and submit to a Sales Manager.
6. Carry out the tasks assigned by supervisors, including making expense and commission reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
EDUCATION BACKGROUND;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Petroleum materials or related to flexible packaging industry.
WORKING EXPERIENCE;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in international sales position of flexible pakaging or petroleum material industry.
• Experience working and networking in EU/US market is preferable.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;
• High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing).
• Able to work independently.
• Good knowledge about flexible packaging market (especially EU & US)
• Good at sale s’kills, i.e.relationship-building, communication, etc.
