Mô tả công việc
• Aligned with any regions targets to develops the sustainable/profitable for the defined key countries, out of Vietnam.
• Manages the customers/distributors of any countries.
• Proposes, manages and lead strategies for market or category plan/objectives in short and long term.
• Accountable for supporting/animating/ managing distributors to achieve & deliver a monthly/yearly local sell out target across countries/region/channel
• Manage coordination with all internal stakeholders: Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain Finance, Regulatory/Industrial & Quality
• Responsible for advising/managing/optimizing implementation of all trade activities on dedicated active any markets through distributors.
• Responsible for advising/optimizing weight and numeric distribution/coverage per distributor, countries under his/her assignment.
• In charge of the export KPI’s, involving and leveraging distributors.
• Responsible to ensure stock management (shipment vs LS) providing weekly/monthly report to Head of Sales.
• Implement tools, processes and relevant trainings to ensure best efficiency of our distributors.
• Aligned with Marketing Department to manage, assess, challenge, recommend most accurate SKU portfolio by country, distributor, channel.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Min 5 years-experiences as Export Manager ideally within international FMCG environment
• Strong leadership and well organizational skills
• Knowledge of internal process and external operation of channel through Distributors
• Good command in English
• Deep knowledge of FMCG retail landscape
• Experience to deal with both direct customers and external distributors
• Analytical and planning and negotiation skills. Able to manage top and bottom lines of P&L
• Knowledge of Channel definition and Channel role in retail market
• Sales capability and sales career develop within organization.
• Result oriented, actionable and deliverable.
• Able to interact efficiency with internal/external stakeholders
• Willingness of traveling.
• Strong negotiations skills and value chain driver
