International Employee Recruiter (Open to Expats)

Seeking in-house English speaking recruitment professional to assist our recruiting team in our efforts to reach our goals of recruit Foreign teachers for the new school year. A year round opportunity, our immediate need is for an experienced professional in sales/marketing /recruiting positions with the flexibility to change over to a foreign employee support role during the academic year.

** Ideal candidate: Filipino/Other Asian National with strong working knowledge of Vietnamese corporate culture and good command of English.

Main Duties

Follow the recruiting process for our foreign teachers & managers including but not limited to;
• Make personal recruitment plan according to HR department’s director request.
• Update & prepare job descriptions for recruitment of various positions
• Post job offerings using different channels: specialized international education recruitment websites, recruitment announcements on Company information board, other personal networking
• Work closely with Vietnamese HR staff and Foreign Recruitment/Welfare Manager to assure smooth recruiting & onboarding process for incoming foreign professionals

Requirements/Qualifications:
a) Professional knowledge of recruiting process
b) Sales/Marketing skills
c) Friendly & positive personality
d) Strong experience working and interacting with English speaking foreigners
e) Good communication skills. English Language Proficiency: B2 or higher (IELTS 6.5+)
f) Cooperate well with colleagues - able to reach individual/team goals & deadlines
g) Problem-solving and innovative skills
h) Education industry experience/knowledge
i) Open to any Foreign National with strong experience in Asian/International Business Culture. Philippine/other English Speaking East/Southeast Asian Nationals preferred
j) 4-year University Degree
k) Clean Background check – ability to obtain a Vietnamese work visa and Work Permit
