Internal Trainer

1) Build up training content, prepare training materials for soft skills training courses
2) Train New comers for Project team: company regulations, company culture and support new comer to adapt with company working environment.
3) Design and develop MT training programs, prepare training material and follow up training schedule. Map out annual training plans for plant operations
4) Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes).
5) Conduct the trainings for MT program and internal departments (soft skills)
6) Research and recommend new training methods
7) Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs.
8) See the future in building training plan (quarterly/ monthly) to assure training activities will be taken place smoothly and well prepared;
9) Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on current training program and provide recommendations for improvement.
10) Develop, organize and update training manuals, standard operational procedures and other training materials.
11) Other tasks to be assigned by Superior.

Education Background: Undergraduate/Bachelor and above;
Age requirement: 28-35 years old

Working Experience
1) At least 3-years of working experience in training field
2) Experience with soft skills training is a plus

Knowledge requirement
1) Be familiar with Micro-soft office tools, e.g. Excel, word, PPT, Visio;
2) Adequate knowledge of learning management systems
3) Have ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
4) English is a must (Chinese is an advantage)
5) Be familiar with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

Capability: Flexibility; Good interpersonal; Active and able to manage multi-task under time pressure; strong personal presentation; strong communication skills
Characteristic: Extroverted personality, initiative, positive; active.

1) Able to work carefully, be patient;
2) Strong sense of responsibility;
