Internal Controller

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedbacks on internal policies, procedures
• Legal consultations, update changes on laws and alert to concerned departments
• Working disciplinary actions and ensuring legal compliance is enforced
• Design internal audit procedures and work programs if necessary
• Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks
• Coordinate, conduct and supervise internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures
• Assist in working with internal auditor, external auditor and tax authority
• Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports
• Other duties assigned by the Finance Manager

• Male or Female, age from 28 to 32 is preferable.
• University degree, at least 5 to 7 years of financial experience, through public accounting/auditing
• Experience with risk based auditing techniques and procedures, gained through internal audit assignments
• Strong communication skills, good at written and verbal both in Vietnamese and English
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
• Proficiency in Excel, advanced skills is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting standards (VAS, US GAAP)
• IFRS knowledge is preferred.
