Mô tả công việc
- Assist Head of compliance to follow up the discipline in compliance with laws and legal regulations in all business and organization activities.
- Business risk management: All business risks in all business and organization activities are controlled, prevented and restricted, minimized damages and losses.
- Make sure all SOP documents are stored in accordance with internal procedure.
- Improve working progress, fulfill the Company’s requirements and plans by checking and monitoring compliance.
- Ensure compliance in the implementation of internal processes and regulations.
- Consult compliance activities of the company;
- Draft documents and coordinate with other departments to implement tasks that related to compliance;
- Update regularly latest information for Deputy HOD/HOD;
- Write reports as requests from the directly manager;
- Process & SOP control: Review and update all internal SOP from different departments and make sure they are comply with internal regulations and laws.
- Ensure accuracy when implementing the file transfer process between investors and IR.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related field. Experience in Construction/ Audit/ Quantity Surveyor is preferred
- Advanced English
- Thorough knowledge of, and compliance, with administrative procedures and standards;
- Proven experience in bidding process;
