Internal Control Manager

- Establishment & Promotion of Internal Control Ownership Transparency: Create the necessary transparency within Nestlé to ensure that the business demonstrates the proper level of ownership (responsibility and accountability) for the effectiveness of the internal control over Nestlé's financial reporting framework. This includes a period risk assessment associated with various financial and business processes and the assurance that effective mitigating controls have been established where necessary and are operating effectively.
- Information & Communication of global Internal Control content changes/ tool enhancements: Information & communication with regard the purpose and changes to global Internal Control content and respective tools.
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Process - Market SPOC: Lead and facilitate the Management Team members strongly involve in ERM process as top-down risk management and mitigation actions can be initiated for the risks the tolerance level.
- Leader and facilitator of Market Compliance Committee: to assist management to ensure the company’s business operations and the employees’ behavior is in compliance with Nestlé’s own standards including the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and the Code of Business Conduct as well as all legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the Market. The cross-functional Market Compliance Committee defines the framework, facilitates the coordination between all relevant functions and provides guidance on compliance specific topics.
- Expansion of of internal control role beyond finance pillar: Customer focus orientation via the collaboration with GC Control Framework, Market NimCom, F&C management and the businesses to drive for improvements with sustainable solutions within the internal control environment. This further includes keeping abreast of emerging trends or issues impacting financial reporting and internal controls within multinational or consumer packaged goods companies for relevance and/or application within Nestlé.
- Alignment of IC methodologies and tools: Alignment with internal and external audit in order to ensure that internal control methodologies and tools adopted by Nestlé meet expectations with respect to efficiency and effectiveness. A feedback process has been established to continually assess any gaps in design and to update the assessment questions consistent with the review of the risk assessment conducted by the company.
- Promotion of Internal Control environment through collaboration leverage and co-innovation opportunities: Research and recommend tools to improve the Internal Control environment at Nestlé by identifying appropriate solutions that the business can adopt or automate in order to place reliance on a higher percentage of preventive controls.

- At least 6 years experiences in Finance and Control especially at Internal Control role
- Highly developed leadership and influencing skills as core competencies essential for success within the role, Demonstrated leadership in working within cross functional and matrixed organizations
- Excellent project management and delivery skills
- Experience within SAP environments to leverage the knowledge of integrated systems and the development and maintenance of an internal control framework.
- English Fluently
