Internal Control & Risk Management Officer

Role purpose

This position is responsible for providing the risk management & internal control service for the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide consultation of Risk & Internal control to managers & leaders
• Research and consult to acquire knowledge and risk management procedures
• Conduct training for Risk Management and Internal Control Policy
• Monitor/ observe the internal control system of company
• Implement on the field Internal Control review base on risk assessment
• Implement remediation actions on areas needing enhancement
• Manage various projects, tasks
• Other tasks as assigned by the L&C senior manager from time to time

Education: Bachelor degree in Auditing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, etc.

Other required Degree, Professional Qualifications and Certifications:
• Insurance certificates are advantage
• Attainment of professional designations such as FSA, CFA, CPA... will be a plus

Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
• Planning and organization skills
• Project management skill
• Teamwork & time management skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge about the Life Insurance business/ Financial industry is preferred
• Good at MS Officer (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Relevant Working Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant functional areas in the field of finance, banking or insurance

Required Languages
• Fluent English & Vietnamese
