Mô tả công việc
Established in Tokyo from 2005, from several hundred of images and 50 contributors, Pixta has grown to be the owner of the biggest E-commerce platform for selling & buying licensed image, video, illustrator… in Japan. Nowadays, Pixta has expanded and set up its branch in 6 countries, namely Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support for CEO of Pixta Vietnam in translating, preparing internal documents and announcing new information
- Develop plan and execute initiatives to implement corporate core values & culture projects to all employees
- Plan, write and design contents (email, newsletter, posters…) to promote internal communication & strengthen employee’s awareness about company cultures, policies, vision…
- Other tasks based on request from CEO & Back Office Team

Job Qualification:
- Excellent Japanese communication skills (reading, speaking, writing) with JPLT N2 and above (accept JPLT N3 if have good communication skills)
- Possess good English proficiency, especially reading & writing
- Content and magazine writing skill
- Event organization skill
- Problem solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Have 1 year up as assistant or internal communicator
- Be able to use design tools such as Photoshop/Adobe/Canva/Video maker…or others
