Internal Communications Specialist

Sparx* is looking for a talented yet humble Internal Communications Specialist who is responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails, sponsorships and contests. This person works closely with HR Leadership team to lead or support all HR related communications to employees for its best engagement .
One fun part of the job this that you’ll need to rally up the staffs be able to do that naturally, while enjoying it, living and breathing it.

• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for communication purposes.
• Collaborate with prominent members of the company, including executives, to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns.
• Plan and monitor events, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
• Researches and implements creative and innovative ways to communicate to employees.
• Oversees and publishes HR related content on company intranet
• Runs employee engagement programs such as annual employee survey, employee recognition, and long service awards.
• Works with Marketing to produce videos promoting Sparx* as an employer of choice
• Employs communications vehicles to maintain, reinforce and renew the Sparx* culture and values and a sense of community among our employees.
• Oversees employer brand materials to position Sparx* as a great place to work; produce collateral that target potential candidates
• Performs additional communication duties, including but not limited to occasional project management, team cross training and committee representation.
• Edit and revise content as necessary.
• Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
• Edit, design, and print internal publications.

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in communication or branding/ organizing events/ marketing/ campus activities
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Team work
• Friendly and energetic
• Ability of design on Photoshop/ Powerpoint/ Adobe Illustrator is preferrable.
