MISSION
In direction of CSR & Communications VP, Internal Communication Manager is in charge of manage & coordinate the implementation of internal communication policy to ensure that all members can find, send, receive & understand communication content in a timely way.
ACTIVITIES
Function: Manage and lead internal communication activities:
+ Strategy and plan: Assist VP CSR and Comms to develop Corporate Comms strategy and propose annual action plan to deploy it
- Research & propose periodic internal communication programme for company
+ Organise internal comms activities as planed
- Produce internal comms materials / tools: create, collect information & image, edit documents, design & produce internal comms
- Internal bulletin: My Home (bi-weekly bulletin)
- Video about company activities ( social activities, CSR community activities, job at Big C…)
- Draft others documents for internal communication activities if needed
- Office decoration
+ Gate keep of all information sent to employees of all BUs: control form, approved procedures, any documents content, tools, announcements, spread corporate and brands news internally before approval and publishing.
+ Gate keep of all comms channels internally and exploit it efficiently. Research & build internal communication management process system, tools, internal communication technique, guidance and training to apply
Function: Event Organisation: Organize and coordinate, corporate in implementation of internal corporate events, cross functional employee related projects:
+ Lead corporate events
+ Support & corporate with staffs and employees of all departments, to organize internal employee related events of corporate
+ Work and supervise all external service providers to respect contracts conditions
+ Be a clue to research & develop intranet
Function: Building Corporate Culture: assist VP CSR & Comms in building ideal and deploy programs to popularize and improve corporate culture
Function: Others :
+ Analyze & syntherize of experience for every internal communication activities, report after every program or monthly report;
+ Carry out others assigned tasks

Seniority: At least 3 years in Communication, press and internal communication tools.
Language: English
Office skills: Microsoft Office
Attitude: Responsible, honest, can travel in others provinces
