Internal Communication Specialist ( Very Attractive Salary )

Duties
• Plan and execute the business meetings and forums (e.g. town hall, quarterly business update).
• Be responsible for the internal branding projects.
• Assist leaders in drafting the messages and mechanisms to drive better employee engagement.
• Be responsible for developing, editing, managing, implementing company communications programs and campaigns that connect employees with corporate priorities.
• Research, conduct interviews, write, edit, and post compelling content in multiple formats for various vehicles.
• Edit and enhance internal communication materials, including intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts and vlogs.
• Review essential internal communications prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness.
• Interface with internal business partners and functional groups to successfully complete projects, keeping them informed of progress and act as a resource to answer questions.

Travel

• Minimal travel required (up to 10%).

Education and/or Experience
• Four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience preferred in a corporate communications role.
• International experience would add advantage (Studied abroad, worked abroad).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Outstanding, accurate, and proven English skills: written, verbal, and editing.
• Writing skills required in creative, business-like style for print, electronic, and other media channels.
• Adapt to work under tight deadline independently and collectively.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in SharePoint management and internal branding preferred.
