Internal Communication & Event Manager

- Responsible for building and implementing the internal communication strategy and plan execution to promote the Hoan My brand and strengthen Hoan My culture for internal stakeholders including management and staff in Hoan My network
- Be responsible for Hoan My branding from inside out: from Hoanmier pride to Hoan My ambassadors.
- Be in charge of optimizing all existing internal communication platform or setting up new channels to maximize the internal commucation smoothly and effectively through out the whole network, cross fuction, cross hospitals, from management down to staff and vice versus
- To develop networks internally which will share good practice, promote effective communication at all levels and build good working relationships.
- Be responsible for creating annual theme for promoting Hoan My values.
- Be responsible for Hoan My internal events & activities to create & maintain the excitement, engagement in all staff levels.
- Be in charge of internal communication risk and handling effectively internal communication crisis if any.

Education: BA degree (prefer journalism, PR, communication or medial studies)

Experience: 3 years experience in a similar job would be an advantage
