Internal Auditor (Kiểm Toán Viên)

Khoi Nguyen Education Group is looking for a Junior Internal Auditor (2-3 years working experience) join our Finance and Internal Control Team. Internal Auditor assists Manager of Finance & Internal Control in all activities of periodically internal audit plan/policies and procedures to assure the efficiency of operation and management of the company and its business units.

The successful candidate should perform full range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Senior Internal Auditors in developing annual and random audit plans.
• Assist with performance of audit assignments, reviews work papers and audit reports.
• Assist with audits' schedule and plans, project planning, risk assessment and follow up audit instructions.
• Assist with audits' plan preparation, work papers, filing, and associated reports.
• Assist to verify the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
• Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and staff, and with external audit and law enforcement agencies when required.
• Assist to update the current trends in local and regional accounting and auditing professions and laws.
• Assist to coordinate with audit firms performing external audits of company financial statements.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Manager of Finance & Internal Control.

• At least 1-3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification/Licensure Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification must be active and good standing or must be practicing Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) would be an advantage.
• Sound working knowledge and experience in Vietnam laws, regulations and practices of business operations and managing finance.
• Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment
• Must be accurate and efficient, high energy; careful, meticulous, confidential
• High teamwork spirit & responsibility; strong oral and written communication skills in bot Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player, ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively
• Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels.
