Job Overview:
Internal Auditor reports directly to the Head of Internal Audit and performs the audit engagement process including: planning, fieldwork, drafting audit report, and following up audit findings as well as any other duties requested by the Head of Internal Audit.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of annual risk assessment and internal audit plan.
2. Conduct audit engagements according to the approved audit plan.
3. Coordinate with relevant Departments to discuss on issues identified and corresponding corrective actions.
4. Identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate recommendations
5. Prepare and submit the draft internal audit reports for Head of Internal Audit’s review in accordance with deadlines.
6. Follow-up corrective action progress after audit.
7. Maintain relationship and work closely with external auditors, control owners and senior management to ensure communication of critical issues in a timely manner.
8. Perform independent assessment of the control environment surrounding business processes or activities.
9. Assist the Head of Internal Audit in the performance of special audit assignments and investigations, often undertaking specific elements of the assignment with minimal supervision.
10. Maintain and update internal audit manual as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, business or related field. Advanced degree is highly preferred.
2. 5+ years of auditing and consulting experience with at least 3 years performing audits for FMCG companies.
3. Accounting and/or auditing designation such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, and CISA
4. Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese, especially reporting skill.
5. Demonstrated computer and software skills with proficiency in MS Office.
6. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
7. Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
8. Good problem solving ability.
9. Willingness to travel when conducting certain audit engagements
10. Highly positive and professional working style that excels at developing and maintaining working relationships, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels
11. Possess high emerge level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strive to exceed expectations.
