Internal Auditor

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a key role within the funds accounting team you will be exposed to multiple investment products and strategies. The role is open due to fund growth, this is an opportunity to join a growing stable firm;
I. Group internal auditing
II. Portfolio supports

Group internal auditing:
- Prepare annual internal audit plan for the whole group and submit for the CFO and Managing Directors’ approval
- Build and execute an annual detailed audit plan: financial and non-financial audit activities
- Perform audit and report: Participate in investigating suspected frauds as well as non-compliance
- Advise the CFO and Managing Directors and top management of portfolio companies on the governance, compliance, risk and control systems
- Assist the CFO in preparing and updating internal audit procedures: including Internal Audit Rules, Internal Audit Manuals and auditing forms
- Assist the CFO in preparing annual budgets for internal audits, and monitor the actual costs incurred in relation to the approved budget
- Be willing for Ad-hoc report as always requires
Portfolio supports:
- Participate in establishing/set up/advising on Portfolio ‘s accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to advise, including but not limited to cash management and cost controls, expense approval authorities etc;
- Being a part of Deal/post-investment team to carry on due diligence or resolve issues related to accounting, tax;
- Being a part of Post investment team to join Portfolio companies as a role of leader of accounting department of Portfolios;
- Review, maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal control systems Fund and Portfolios;
- Support investment team in accounting matters;

#PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: auditing (internal/external), regulatory compliance, internal control, operational risk or management consulting (e.g. public accounting / professional services firm) or related industry experience;
- Well experiences of working for international companies and/or joint venture project and/or private equity funds is a strong plus

- Strong Microsoft Excel
- Having knowledge regulations of banking/ securities/ Taxation regarding of financial market is plus;
- BA is required but CPA/ACCA is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of various accounting standards and principals (Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP) is strong plus.
