Internal Auditor Assistant Manager

- Assist Senior Internal Audit Manager in planning and conducting financial and operational audit assignments according to the annual audit plan, and performs other audit duties as necessary
- Identify internal control deficiencies and their root causes, and makes appropriate recommendations for improvement in control, operating efficiency and/or operating effectiveness
- Supervise internal auditor and reviews working paper documentation
- Assist with the monitoring of follow-up actions on internal control improvements
- Assist with the updating of internal control policies and procedures
- Assist with special investigation project as initiated by the Board of Directors
- Keep filing the audit work performed and audit findings, and drafts internal audit reports

- University degree holder in Accounting
- With at least 5 years of audit experience, preferably with audit experience in manufacturing sector
- Previously trained with one of the big 4 audit firms is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including English and Chinese word-processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less Experience would be considered as Senior Internal Auditor
