Mô tả công việc
• Develop an annual internal audit plan based on risk identification with business stakeholders, drive the annual internal audit plan on time in full
• Lead internal audit jobs including building the audit scope to meet the expectation of auditee and cover all key risks area, build the audit program to address key risks area, supervise the audit team to ensure the quality of the audit. Prepare the audit reporting and get the agreed actions from business stakeholders on audit recommendations
• Follow up the improvement actions which were recommended from previous internal audits, from corporate audit to ensure that all corrective actions & improvements are immediately & properly implemented
• Support other function in identifying the control/ business process gaps and improve the control procedure
• Other task assigns by the line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate with Economics background. (Accounting, Financing or Banking)
• At least 5 years in Commercial or relevant positions. From Big 4 auditing firm is preferred and internal audit position in FMCG industry is a plus
• Strong business sense (esp. business process), high level of logical thinking and understanding of operation business risk
• Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Strong communication, influencing skills
• Good English (spoken & written) and computing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sharp analytical power
• Excellent team management
• Aptitude for system design, implementation and control
• At least 5 years in Commercial or relevant positions. From Big 4 auditing firm is preferred and internal audit position in FMCG industry is a plus
