Mô tả công việc
• Carry out audit plan / annual audit plan based on risk.
• Identify key areas of risk within AAA and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks
• Assess controls, operational and technical efficiencies and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations to provide assurance of operational and technical efficiency at the corporate level
• Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear view of residual risks where existing controls are inadequate
• Ensure audit fieldwork are performed on a timely manner
• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan
• Continuous enhance the Internal Audit procedure efficiency
• Ensure the quality service when delivering the assigned audit works, risk-based approach applied for audit checklist, random check/co-review, regular sharing of knowledge pool.
• Update and follow up the implementation of agreed recommendations
• Perform ad hoc investigation as assigned by Internal Audit Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar role (in Insurance or Bank or Financial Industry is preferred);
• Good English communication (Speaking and Writing).
• Good at planning, reporting and communication skill.
• Teamwork and time management skill.
• Commitment, Analytical and result-oriented
