Cooperate Compliance Management
* Assisting to Head of Department in analysing and assessing risks and providing solution for processes, procedures an operating policy of departments/ functions/ sales offices in particular and the operation of the whole Company in general.
* Review and assess the processes, procedures and operating policies of the Company and appraisal/ assess the third party:
Periodically review and evaluate the validity of the processes, procedures and operating policies of departments/ functions in particular and the whole Company in general and propose solutions to improve and update information for these processes and policies; In addition, perform the appraisal / assessment of potential business partners of some departments/ functions when Compliance department is involved.
* Maintain and develop activities to comply with the Regulations of Departments/ Sales Offices: Develop plans and implement training programs, share compliance information, law’s regulations/ Company’s policies/ Group’s regulations for staff and business team.
* Monitoring compliance activities:
Develop annual or ad-hoc internal control plan for Departments/Functions/Sales Offices as requested by Company and Group; develop SOP testing’s plan, execute detailed testing program to identify potential risks and give solutions to build an effective internal control program.
* Prepare compliance reports, control reports, risk assessment reports and other reports regarding to Company’s activities/Group as requested by Head of Department, the Board of Directors, Groups and State Agencies
* Regularly look up and update information and legal documents related to insurance business activities to promptly give instructions and notes to Departments / Functions / Sales Offices in perform.
* Internal Control for Chubb Life Fund Management Company Limited
Reviewing regular reports relating to investment activities. Monitoring and ensuring the Company’s activities are in compliance with Law’s regulations and Company’s policies.
* Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department and Board of Director regarding to compliance and internal control.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Legal Bachelor, experiences working in the Compliance/ Legal department.
- Have experience in complaints solving & coordination with other departments in company.
- Good in communication skills.
- Has worked for foreign company, banking & financial firms will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing).
