- To appraise collateral for internal usage purposes.
- To review outsourcing collateral appraisal reports.
- To verify all legal procedures relating to secured collateral.
- Build up collateral appraisal policy and procedure.
- May perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge of real property terms, types of ownership in real estate and movable property, mortgage, especially zoning plan.
- Ability to recognize deficiency in appraisal and evaluation report
- Proficiency in office software (MS excel, word, power point)
- Ability to work effectively not only in a team environment but also to work independently.
- Teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- Problem Solving
- Good analytical and math skills
- Self-motivation
- Work under pressure; effectively manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Male is preferable
