Internal Appraisal Officer - Credit Planning - Appraisal Team - Credit Division
Working place: Head Office in Ho Chi Minh city
Objective:
To successfully monitor and control appraisal services quality of outsourcing Appraisal Companies.
To provide independently and impartially market value for collateral by issuing internal appraisal report.
Working Relationship:
Internal: Credit analysis, Compliance, Risk management, Business Development, Branches/TOs and others
External: Appraisal companies, local authority and others
Duties and Responsibilities:
To appraise secured collateral for internal usage purposes.
To review outsourcing collateral appraisal reports.
To verify all legal procedures relating to secured collateral.
Build up collateral appraisal policy and procedure.
May perform other related duties as assigned
Working place: Head Office in Ho Chi Minh city

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor of Economics, Valuation or relevant fields
At least 3 year experience in valuation field in appraisal companies or banking industry
- Knowledge of real property terms, types of ownership in real estate and movable property, mortgage, especially zoning plan.
- Ability to recognize deficiency in appraisal and evaluation report
- Proficiency in office software (MS excel, word, power point)
- Ability to work effectively not only in a team environment but also to work independently.
- Teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- Problem Solving
- Good analytical and math skills
- Self-motivation
- Work under pressure; effectively manage multiple deadlines and projects.
Fluent English (written and verbal)
MOF, MOC certificate preferably.
OTHER INFORMATION
