Service Line: Leasing Tenant Representation - Retail

Job Summary
• Assist the Team Members with their day to day tasks
• Search and inspect retail properties
• Create a variety of graphs and spreadsheets
• Update, analyse and manage Data base
• Marketing Coordinator: once we have marketing campaign or events
• Translate report and consolidate documents and do contract
• Collaborate with other service lines for the benefit of the business
• Communicate with Cushman & Wakefield regional office if needed
• Follow up deadline if needed
• Additional tasks if needed

Skills and Knowledge (foundational personal and business skills)
• Brief understanding of retail brands and shopping malls in Vietnam
• Good command of English, especially writing skill
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Creative mind, strong inspiration
• Strong computer skills-proficient in MS Office programs, especially excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, positive attitude
• Appetite to learn and develop
• Good presentation skill

Qualifications (key qualifications and foundational training)
• Degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Big Data, Real Estate or related major.
• Strong desire to develop a career within Real Estate
