YOUR TASKS
- Proactively collaborate with finance colleagues and other key stakeholders to achieve assigned task deliverables
- Timely scan and upload invoices to GBS.
- Check and copy all supporting documents (Invoice + Customs declaration forms + PO) for oversea payments
- File all physical invoices and supporting documents) to ensure a complete documentation
- Start the GCM tool for Vietnam (contract management) and input all active contracts.
- Assist the team in Income Tax Audit and Year-end/annual KPMG Audit

- Last year students or fresh graduated in accounting/finance fields
- Able to work full-time for 3 months

- 1 day off per month
