* Job purpose:
ILP: Segregate Fund valuation and administration, performance fund transaction operations and reconcile with fund manager, custodian and fund administrator.
Reporting: prepare fund valuation report and unit valuation report. Reconcile Investment data between local and IFRS, between AUM and Sun system and prepare adjustment entry (if any), support other IFRS reconciliation and reports.
* Major accountabilities
1. Fund valuation and unit pricing: perform periodical calculation of net asset value (NAV) and unit price; reconcile data between internal fund valuation report with NAV package provided by custodian bank, work closely with fund management company to ensure accuracy of NAV and unit price, prepare and generate valuation review report before giving confirmation of NAV and unit price. 40%
2. Net subscription/redemption report: check data of fund allocation report that IT run through batch job processing, provide number of units buying/selling and allocated amount at fund level to Operation Department for reconciliation before sending net subscription/redemption report to custodian bank and fund management company. Be responsible for sending confirmation on total number of units of each fund to custodian bank and fund management company for the purpose of unit pricing of next valuation. and reconcile number of unit with operation department at fund level. 20%
1. Reporting:
- Reconcile investment data between VAS and IFRS and propose adjustment entries (if any).
- Prepare and upload other adjustment entries for IFRS report (if any)
- Reconcile with brokers, fund management company and custodian bank on portfolio holdings, securities prices.
- Prepare other IFRS reports if assigned. 30%
2. Other tasks:
- Input unit price into system (Ingenium).
- Provide information of unit price to Marketing Department to publish on newspaper as per regulation requirement.
Back-up role for IFRS Reporting Team in urgent case. 10%

- Have worked on Life insurance at least 1 year
- Have treasury/reporting experiences at least 2 years.
- English fluent and good presentation skill

Identify the level and nature of internal and external contacts with whom this job must interact regularly. Describe the reason and frequency of their communication.
- Contact with related head of departments to collect information monthly
- Work with external parties such as bank/tax
