Intermediate Specialist, Claims

Job purpose
Handle system development and analysis of the claim report to finalize the all reports of the Claims department. Follow up claim documents and request with other department and internal department such as setting claim reserve and revert report with Accounting department. Control all the claim reports with internal and external department. Support the claim handling process when needed for other teams in the Claim department.

Major accountabilities
Focus on the technological development of the claim system (20%)
Ensure consistency, stability and accuracy of claim data (20%)
Building typical reports to serve the needs of strong development and operation of the claim department (20%)
The sorting and record keeping scientific claims documents in the order for easy retrievable. Management complete and accurate information of the claims data. Ensure full scan documents into the system (20%)
For the transactions dealing with claim decision, it is necessary to contact and respond quickly and accurately in accordance with the process and standards. (15%)
Coordinate, support colleagues in all operations (5%)

Specialized knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

- University graduated
- Knowledge of law, medical, insurance and admin
