Position: Interior Designer
Team : Project Team
Commencing Time: ASAP
Work Hours: 8:30-17:30
Work Days: Monday- Friday
(Saturday& Sunday when necessary)
*** Job description
1. Surveying the construction site for interior designing
2. Making the Layout plan based on client’s request and construction condition surveyed;
3. Making the concept, perspective, stating material, furniture code and other accessories with detailed catalogue & suppliers;
4. Making construction drafting for different options of designing;
5. Make the technical design about electricity, internet, lighting, fire protection
6. Cooperating with purchasing department, construction supervisors and project manager to reach the final decision of design, project schedule and some fast solutions to fix problems resulting from unexpected cases.
7. Contacting with project manager in English
8. Any other related tasks

*** Mô tả công việc
1. Khảo sát công trình xây dựng cho các dự án thiết kế nội thất;
2. Làm bản vẽ layout dựa trên yêu cầu khách hàng và hiện trạng công trình;
3. Lên ý tưởng thiết kế, phối cảnh, đề xuất nguyên vật liệu và các phụ kiện khác trong đó nêu rõ nhà cung cấp và giá cả chi tiết;
4. Làm bản vẽ thi công cho các phương án thiết kế khác nhau;
5. Làm bản vẽ kĩ thuật về điện, internet, ánh sáng, PCCC;
6. Phối hợp làm việc cùng bộ phận mua hàng, bộ phận thi công và quản lý dự án để hoàn thiện dự án từ đầu cho tới lúc nghiệm thu và bàn giao;
7. Giao tiếp với quản lý dự án bằng tiếng Anh

1. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, at least 2 years. Excellent portfolio of previous works;
2. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations;
3. Proficient in Auto cad, Sketchup, 3D max, illustrator or other design programs;
4. Creative talent, imagination & eye for design;
5. Knowledge about the architecture and interior, understanding about interior materials;
6. Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
7. Being careful, and high responsible, willing to work overtime;
8. Communication skills in English.
9. Age : under 30 years old
*** Compensation and benefits:
• Salary: 10,000,000 ~ 16,000,000 VND + Overtime Salary.
• Lunch + Transportation Allowances (1,160,000 VND)

2. Có kĩ năng tốt trong việc trình bày layout, màu sắc, ánh sáng, lựa chọn vật liệu,...
3. Thành thục Auto Cad, Sketchup, 3D max, illustrator và các phần mềm về thiết kế khác;
4. Sự sáng tạo nổi bật trong design;
5. Kiến thức về kiến trúc và nội thất, am hiểu sâu sắc về nguyên vật liệu;
6. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc nhóm;
7. Tính cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, làm việc có trách nhiệm cao, và sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ;
8. Khả năng giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh.
9. Độ tuổi: Dưới 30 tuổi
