Interior Design Manager

Established in 1998 in Shanghai, Trendzone is one of leading company in decoration construction in China with thousand of big scales projects in China, Malaysia, Australia, and Europe. With the purpose of opening new market we are seeking for a position of Interior Design Manager to join our team.


Job Description:
The Design Manager is responsible managing design team to work with large scale of project with international clients in ASEAN and Europe. She or he must have rich experience in interior design and relationship with clients and other constructors on project progress.
• Guild and manage design team on all of interior design/construction stages.
• Knowledgeable about international innovation & trends both in & outside of industry.
• Responsible to review and authorize payment for work orders.
• Makes recommendations for development or improvement of processes.
• Liaise with the owner and consultants and Sub-contractors, handle the project design-related work, support the construction and project management.
• Managing project budget, schedule and personnel requirements.
• Communicate with our global sales & customer success teams and manage project deliverable.
• Ad-Hoc works assigned by the top management of the company.

• Ideally experience in Interior Design at least 10 years in international company.
• Be familiar with Concept, Development, Shop Drawings etc., and different stages of design process.
• Experience working with Residential type Projects (Apartments & Condo, Hotel & Resort etc.)
• Well connect with industrial resources, outsources and sub-contarctors, etc.
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, Deadline and Management skills.
• Vietnamese and English Bi-lingual, Chinese language skill will be a big plus.
• Familiar with Local Construction & Decoration business.
• Have a good sense of local taste and international trend.
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/background.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architect, Interior Design, or Construction related major;
